- Vendor Account: Vendors must register and create an account to list and sell products on the Platform. Vendors are required to provide accurate details about their business, products, and pricing.

5. Use of the Platform

6. Vendor Responsibilities
- Product Listings: Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information. They must ensure their products comply with all relevant laws, including safety standards, labeling, and certifications.
- Pricing and Payment: Vendors are responsible for setting the prices for their products. All payments for Vendor products will be processed through our secure payment system. Vendors will receive payment for products sold, minus any applicable fees, in accordance with the payment schedule provided.
7. Product and Order Management
- Order Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders on time. They must ensure that products are packed securely and delivered in good condition.
- Order Cancellations: If an order is canceled, the Vendor must notify the User promptly. Cancellations may occur due to stock unavailability, technical issues, or other reasons. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
- Disputes: If a dispute arises between a Vendor and User, we encourage both parties to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, Sahal Krishi Tech Private Limited may intervene to assist in the resolution.
8. Pricing and Payment
- Product Pricing: Product prices on the Platform are set by Vendors. Sahal Krishi Tech Private Limited may charge Vendors a commission or listing fee for using the Platform.
- Payment Processing: Payments for products purchased through the Platform are processed securely. Users will be charged at the time of purchase, and Vendors will receive their share of the payment after deducting applicable fees.
- Transaction Fees: The Platform may charge transaction fees, which will be communicated to Vendors during the registration process and at the time of each sale.
9. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: Vendors are responsible for shipping products to the Users. Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by the Vendor. All shipping charges are payable by the User unless specified otherwise.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the User upon successful delivery.
10. Returns and Refunds
- Returns: Products can be returned based on our Return and Refund Policy. Users must initiate returns within the specified time frame and in accordance with the return conditions outlined by the Vendor and the Platform.
- Refunds: Once a return is processed, a refund will be issued to the User’s original payment method. Vendors must comply with our refund procedures to ensure timely and proper resolution of disputes.
11. Intellectual Property

By submitting content, Vendors grant Sahal Krishi Tech Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.
